The dust is starting to settle and the end of unpacked moving boxes is in sight!

From the day the sign went up to closing, it was a pleasure to work with you!

We thought this transaction would go quickly and smoothly given the housing market in DC area- boy were we wrong! We appreciate the amount of attention you gave to us – everything was done in a timely manner- flyers delivered- in person, phone calls and email updates. Even if there was nothing new to report, it was nice to hear from you and to know you were keeping a watch on our progress. I think I found it easier to reach you, than you did to reach me! Thanks for your patience!

Then just as the process of getting a contract seemed to be settled, we complicated matters further by leaving town on you! Moving out of state makes everything a little more difficult and our situation was no exception! When our buyer looked like he wanted to withdraw his contract, we were comfortable knowing you were working diligently on the situation, using the right amount of diplomacy and firmness to ensure the process moved forward. We never felt that we needed to disrupt an already stressful situation (for our family) to return to Maryland and handle it ourselves. We knew you were paying attention to the details and had our best interests in mind.

We are very pleased with the service we received at Spicer real Estate and the personal attention given by you to insure our house was sold. We would certainly recommend you to anyone looking to sell their home!
